This video shows a number of possible solutions for when your WiFi isn't working on your laptop. In this case, we had an HP Laptop 14-dq1 which suddenly couldn't see any of the WiFi networks in the house. All other devices were connecting without issue. I solved it by entering the "netsh" instruction at the Command Prompt (CMD) while in Administrator mode. The video covers some other methods that might help in a variety of situations.
