This is a really easy overnight oats recipe that can be adapted for a healthy diet, vegan or just as is.
Overnight Oats Recipe
60g oats
1 tbl spoon chia seeds (optional)
1 dessert spoon honey (can substitute sweeter)
125ml milk (use preferred fluid)
50-60g yoghurt (I’ve used fat free greek)
1tsp vanilla extract (never use essence)
Optional toppings/fillings
1/2 banana per jar
