NextTS Course - Class 16 - Creating the First API
NextTS Rogue course it's a course for NextJS framework, aiming in teaching Javascript, Typescript, NextJS and React.
We will build an entire application from the scratch, building a web application for registering Start Wars characters, saving the data in a NoSQL database (MongoDB), involving frontend/backend part, deploying it in a Serverless environment.
The course will start from the basics, until we have the application well design, and deploying it in Vercel. So, you will learn from the first steps of building the application, until the final results, doing the same process that is done in software development companies.
The course it's for beginners and also experienced people.

Like we discussed in the first classes of the course, React is a frontend Javascript/Typescript framework, and doesn't have the capability of creating webservers or something like this, which means that if you are using plain React as your frontend framework, you would need a backend written in some another framework, and programming language.
