NextTS Course - Class 15 - MongoDB Connection
NextTS Rogue course it's a course for NextJS framework, aiming in teaching Javascript, Typescript, NextJS and React.
We will build an entire application from the scratch, building a web application for registering Start Wars characters, saving the data in a NoSQL database (MongoDB), involving frontend/backend part, deploying it in a Serverless environment.
The course will start from the basics, until we have the application well design, and deploying it in Vercel. So, you will learn from the first steps of building the application, until the final results, doing the same process that is done in software development companies.
The course it's for beginners and also experienced people.

Now we have mostly finished the UI part of our app, all the components are done, we have all the HTTP functions working with the Hooks, but if remember hooks it's just for testing, and now that we are going to start using real data, but first we would need a database where we could place this data, and for this we will use the NoSQL database MongoDB, in this class, please follow the video, that I will help you how to create a MongoDB account and also a free database, the good thing is that you can have this test remote database for free.
