How to Make Keto Taco Soup.
Here are the ingredients you are going to need:
2 lbs ground pork or beef or sausage
2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
2 10-ounce cans of Rotel
1 package of taco seasoning.
4 cups of chicken broth
(Optional) 1-2 tablespoons of Cilantro - fresh or dried
(Optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheese for garnish
(Optional) Sour Cream

Directions:
1. Brown ground meat till fully cooked.
2. While meat is browning, Pour chicken broth, Rotel, Taco seasoning, and cream cheese into a medium size pot.
3. Drain any grease off of meat and put meat in the pot. Stir to combine with all ingredients.
4. Cook on Med-low for 30 to 45 mins. Stirring occasionally
5. Before serving stir in cilantro.
6. Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream.
