Perseverance Perbolter Cable Bolt installer Asset # CB01
The Perbolter is built on a Normet 1814B carrier fitted with a modified Sandvik cable grouting system.
The instillation head allows the full range of movements to install bolts in dumped rings and 90 rings and the operating system utilizes WIFI control allowing full control and the utmost safety with the positioned in the safest location.
Detailed data is available on the volume of grout pumped, depth of the cable and grout hose with the ability to subtract millimetres when the cable has to be retracted to clear an obstacle in the bore hole.
The rig can install rings of bolts ranging from 6 m to 30m in length and in a 12 hour shift can install over 400 mtrs of twin strand grouted cables at an average of 240 mtrs per 12hr shift.
Mercedes Benz Diesel Engine with DPF, certificate of structural integrity issued by Wilshaw Engineering, boom reach of 8m in the horizontal plain and 10m in the vertical plain, has an 80 ltr grout mixing capacity, has cement bag storage for rapid deplyment and has limited site set up requirements for air and water only for work within a minimum 3 x 3.5 mtr straight drive size.
