ULTRALIGHT FISHING A Deep Clear Lake From My Paddle Board!
I recently took a family trip to northern Michigan for some vacation time on a beautiful lake. I didn't get a chance to bring my kayak, but I was able to manage the paddle board and a couple of fishing poles. When time allowed, I got out and did some fishing! In today's video and the next two, you will see what I got into.
After playing around with my bass rod, I ultimately decided that the ultralight setup was the way to go, because it drastically increased the quantity of fish I caught. The wild thing is that I ended up finding some really nice smallies on it as well. Honestly, fishing this style off of the SUP was super fun and relaxing - would recommend!
