Risk of Rain 2 - Solo Monsoon - Loader
If we are excluding the Heretic, Loader is objectively the strongest character in the game. She is extremely mobile, has extreme burst damage, she is immune to fall damage, her passive helps her stay in the fight, her cooldowns are somewhat low for what they are, and she scales well with bands. Overall, a fun character that really doesnt take that much skill.
