Risk of Rain 2 - Solo Monsoon - REX
REX is a very strong character. Everything you want, other than mobility, is here. Built-in healing, great damage, amazing CC and AoE, tanky, and just a fun character. A somewhat difficult unlock for him, but a rewarding one, once you unlock REX.
