Video Notes (for anyone interested in knowing some more of my thoughts):
1. This video was actually based on an episode of Kenny vs Spenny, which is a Canadian television series that aired years ago, but you can find most of their episodes on YouTube on Kenny's channel. Their very first episode was a competition to see who could lose the most weight in 3 days. Kenny lost 17.5 pounds by doing many of the low-effort tricks, while Spenny took the traditional approach of exercising a lot and lost 17.0 pounds. I thought that by combining both of their methods I could get the best of both worlds and push it past 20, which is how I came up with this video idea. I actually can't stress enough how much inspiration I took from that episode, basically this whole video and most of the tricks are taken from there. I really wanted to have that show recognized somewhere in my video itself instead of just in the description but when I got around to editing the video I didn't find anywhere to fit it in. Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice, you guys are legends!

2. When I look up "Losing 20 Pounds in 3 Days" on YouTube, other than my video I also see stories of other people, who claim they've successfully done it, some even saying they lost the weight in less time. They claim that they've done it without even exercising but just through drinking a lot of water every day, and not eating anything. I'm not sure what the validity of this is, but it does raise the question as to whether my approach of dehydrating was actually the opposite of what I should have been doing. Maybe I should have loaded up on water instead?
3. When I say I was dehydrating, I don't mean that I did not drink any water (I would die if that were the case). I was having very minimal water every day, but I did drink very small sips here and there. Beyond 6:00PM on the third day though, I really did not drink anything until the final weigh-in.
4. Not drinking anything beyond 6:00PM on the third day, and playing ping pong to help me lose 0.2 pounds actually came such in clutch (because if I was over by just another 0.1 pounds then that explanation at the end of the video doesn't work anymore)
5. I'm not stupid I understand how the conversions and stuff from kilograms and pounds are not really supposed to...you know. I would say more but I don't want to spoil the video for anybody who is reading the description before/while watching the video at the same time. 6. If you count up the amount of calories and kilometers and time I ended up burning/running it actually kind of seems underwhelming. But mind you that not only was I mostly running while wearing plastic wrap, a shirt, a sweater, a jacket, long johns, and pants, but also that when I was running on the elliptical machine it was adding resistance to each of my movements. When you account for the resistance and the heat exhaustion those numbers make a bit more sense.
7. Shoutout to Anabolic Aliens because they had a really good video that helped me during this challenge. Unfortunately for me they recommended a 5-step plan which was already too late for me by the time I started filming this video. You can go check out their video here:

8. I did try to imitate MrBeast a little bit in making this video. The intro and text I tried to match to his style especially, and the music is comprised of songs that he often uses in the background of his videos. Jimmy Donaldson is quite inspirational, you should go check him out!
