Hi so I have been on the two day Situational Leadership Course. It has been a great course it has really relevant to the work place so I could apply it to real life examples. But also it was quite an active course and generally a chat - it wasn't a powerpoint based so it was a real situation that you have all come across.
We also looked at the situational leadership model and came across loads of acronyms and analogies that we could also apply to the work place. And it flowed really well in terms of structural coaching, encouraging and delegation points which meant people in the room could apply to any situation and respond accordingly.
