Ingredients 😋
Ram kela / Desi mango-1 kg
Salt -5 spoon(200 gm)
Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tbsp
Kalonji -1 tbsp
Saunf-2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds-1 tbsp
Mustard oil -1 cup or 200 ml
You can add 1/2 cup mustard oil after 2 days if you want to soak pickle in oil.
