Update - Where are we now?
We left Kyiv at the end of December 2022. It had become very difficult to live there at that point, there were long periods in each day without water, power or heating.
We went back to England for a few months but then returned to Ukraine. We have now rented a flat in Western Ukraine for 6 months, and will see what happens with the war.
