Ark VR - VR Gameplay Oculus Rift S
Spoiler alert. It's still unplayable in VR. It is better than it was before however it's still one of the worst VR experiences I've had to date.
Ark is a great game. And would be amazing in VR. I wish this was implemented with even an ounce of care. I can only feel as though this is still just a check box. Ark: Survival Evolved promised Oculus support early on and this still just feels like they added in just enough support to say they did it but not actually make the HMD usable.
I'm sorry for the 2015 dual images. Previously I just showed footage from the right eye and that missed a lot of the weirdness that happened with the disparity between each eye.
In short, Ark is a horrible VR experience. I could write up a full review but again I think the video speaks for itself more so than I ever could here. It's bad.
I really wish this game was managed better. It is very addicting and would be amazing in VR. If the VR was done right...
