F the trolls & show up imperfectly
Life Coaches, pay attention! If I had a £ or a $ for every time a client told me they couldn't show up online because they are:
not their ideal weight (girl please, I'm 12kg over mine right now)
not a 'spring chicken'
not a model
People... seriously. Most of us are not Insta-models. Most of us are humans with a great deal of value to deliver.
I’m here looking my absolute worst in order to practise what I preach. Your REAL followers (not the trolls) don’t care if you’re not perfect, they see a REAL person showing up and sharing value.
One question. If you don't show up online, then how are your future clients going to find you?
