Module 4 Creating engagement
A common mistake for most online groups is that they focus on uploading all their content on the first day (docs, PDFs, PowerPoints etc.) to stimulate and create engagement. This can result in members downloading the content they need and not returning to the group because they have no need to. To encourage members to visit your group on a regular basis, provide them with activities that everyone can participate in, discussions that will keep them coming back and content that is interesting, relevant and entertaining.
