Module 3 Preparing your admin team
Do you have enough admins for your group? We recommended a minimum of three but you may get away with less. So make sure there is cover if you’re off on leave or away for a few days so membership requests get accepted, discussions get a response or members find what they are looking for.
You don't want members to lose interest.
