Material Panner BUG for Unreal Engine - Oculus Quest 2

I find a bug or an issue with using the Panner node in the Unreal Engine Material Node for Oculus Quest 2. If I try to Pan the texture it creates a pixelized effect over time. I fi it by simply driving the time of the Panner node Material through a Timer Function.

Note: That happening on Unreal Engine 4.27.2 for Oculus Quest 2 device.
