XIII - Kello02 IL skip strat
This is the strat you have to do in IL runs of this level. For full runs strat, check out "Kello02 full runs skip strat" video.
Saves 56 seconds over the old way which is killing everyone in the area. It's RNG but make that RPG guy hit inside the cabin and you'll be good. He has 2 rockets though, so if he misses those 2 while you're on a Pacifist Any% run, you have to restart from the checkpoint and keep trying until he finally hits inside. If he misses those 2 while you're on IL run of this level, you'll have to restart the run.
