XIII - Kello02 full runs skip strat
This is the strat you'll want to do in full runs. For IL strat, check out "Kello02 IL skip strat" video.
As soon as the cutscene finishes, go out and kill the RPG holding guy BEFORE he fires his rocket, otherwise there's a possiblity of his RPG being empty.
Another thing to note is that if you're playing on a higher resolution above 1024x768, then those 3 comic book panels will get in the way of your crosshair, making you unable to aim properly. You're gonna have to wait for them panels to disappear which takes around 5 seconds.
