On this episode of Automate This!, Lead Admin Evangelist Jennifer Lee is joined with Flownatics Becka Dente and Michael Barnes. Becka will show us how she manages Marketing to Sales SLAs using a flow that leverages custom metadata and custom fields, as well as the integration with Slack. Michael uses flow to dynamically look up records to gather email addresses for an alert instead of hardcoding the email addresses in the alert.
