Florida Home Prices Down YOY for the 1st Time in Over a Decade
BREAKING: for the first time since AT LEAST 2012, Florida’s median sale price DECREASED compared to the previous year. In other words, this marks the first time in at least 12 years that home prices in Florida fell year-over-year (YOY).
What’s also noteworthy based on this report is that closed home sales and pending home sales decreased YOY despite the fact that there’s 50% more single-family homes for sale this August compared to August 2023.
