Redfin: “Pending Home Sales Post Biggest Increase Since 2021”
Homebuyers are back as pending home sales just increased by the largest year-over-year amount since November 2021 and closed home sales also improved as well (largest YOY gain since April). But will this be short lived given the recent increase in mortgage rates?
