Four-point adjustable lifting beams, when coupled with overhead crane hoists, provide impressive versatility for multiple rigging configurations. They can serve as a primary lifting solution for a wide variety of items within a facility.
Designed with significant torsional and bending strength, these beams have minimal deflection for extreme rigging configurations. Balancing a beam during a lift is done by moving the centre lifting bail with a manual hand chain and reduction gearbox. Removable load pins on the main beam provide optional rigging locations for the cross members in addition to three rigging locations on each end. When wider loads need to be accommodated, cross members are mounted on either end of the beam to provide broader rigging positions for shackles.
