Acculift custom designed air actuated magnet lifter.
Acculift designed and built this air actuated magnet lifter to handle steel tubes in a client's manufacturing facility. Once cut, the tubes needed to be lifted, rotated into a vertical position and then washed. Various sized tubes would be processed this way, each weighing up to 60lbs, and then placed back onto the receiving cart.
Acculift custom-designed this end effector for this purpose, utilizing the Gorbel GForce and Easy arm job crane in conjunction with an air-actuated magnet lifter.
