A second look at the Speed Control Effect Strip in Blender's Video Sequence Editor (29)
Let's increase the frame rate of a video strip so that the effects we add to it will be smoother. Then we'll take a look at the effect strip options and consider a case of why we would want to change them (and also see why we wouldn't!)
