Sophie's journey begins in Tunis. She meets the graffiti artist Ismat. She goes fishing at Cap Bon and visits the falconers. We see Tunisia after the fall of Ben Ali and what remains of the Arab Spring. Sophie visits a ranch to see horses and camels, ending with a walk in the desert.
