A detailed overview of Bitwig Studio's Humanize Note Effect. This effect "humanizes" aka randomizes a few aspects of midi notes. Specifically chance (does the note play or not), the timing (which can be set to only forwards or forward and back), and velocity (this can be mapped to anything). This device is very intuitive and probably doesn't need a video explaining how it works. In my opinion this effect is most useful with velocity so you can introduce some randomness on sequences that might otherwise be too repetitive.
