Inspired by Japanese Royce Pave Chocolate. A must try! They are so good. This is a simpler version, using 5 ingredients.
Nama chocolate is a type of ganache, which is made from a mix of melted chocolate and fresh cream. As the mixture solidifies, the block of chocolate is cut into pieces and sprinkled with cocoa powder on top.
