meat - 500 gr. (Any to your taste, I have turkey thigh)

fresh garlic - 2 cloves
peeled cucumbers - 600 gr.
vegetable oil
soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l
Teriyaki sauce - 4 tbsp (the more the tastier)

water - 300 ml.
Starch solution:
starch - 1 tsp
water - 50 ml.
