The good ol' burger with the lot is a fish and chip shop favourite all over Australia. It's a really simple burger but has a taste that is unlike any other. Today I show you how to replicate that classic flavour at home with my easy recipe. Give them a go!

Ingredients (Makes 3 large burgers)-
3 Large bread rolls
3 Tasty cheddar cheese slices
3 eggs
3 slices bacon
2 sliced tomatoes
Onion cut into rings
Chopped iceburg lettuce
Tomato sauce/ketchup
Mayonnaise
500g beef mince 80/20 meat/fat split
½ beaten egg
¼ finely diced onion
¼ cup bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
