Vanilla Cake Recipe
How about a piece of a nice vanilla cake with a cup of tea !!!
This is my favorite recipe for a basic and easy vanilla cake
Ingredients:
300g(3 cups) all purpose flour
180g (1 cup) roomtemp butter
150g (1 cup) of sugar or more (as desired)
4 eggs
250g (1 cup) butter milk (make your own by mixing one cup of whole milk with 1tbspoon of white vinegar or lemon juice)
1 tbspoon vanilla extract
