Ticket 36: Invoice output sent out from wrong email address.
Solution:
• From address will be retrieved from Sales office only
o Sales office will be determined from Ship to customer during creation of sales order
o From sales order (VBAK) to invoice item table (VBRP)
o There is no sales office determined into VBRP as its not determined in VBAK
• Email address will be retrieved from sales org level. But no mail ID maintained
• To get it from address TVARVC variable
• Need to analyze why sales office is not determined into sales order level
o In this ship to customer level sales office is not maintained. Because this is new a customer
• Informed business to maintain sales office
