St. Louis Grinds Ep. 4: Coffeestamp
On this episode, Braden visited Coffeestamp in the Fox Park Neighborhood where he spoke with Co-Founder, Patrick Clapp.
Patrick and his brother, Spencer Clapp, began sharing their love for coffee at the Soulard Farmers Market in 2019. At the time, they were getting ethically sourced beans from a childhood friend in Honduras & roasting the beans at the upstairs of their current Fox Park neighborhood. Once the downstairs of their location became available, they expanded to having a storefront. They have been able to gain a great local following in Fox Park, as well as at Washington University where their coffee, made with dairy milk, & cheesy empanadas help fuel students for studying.
