The question is: why did he make it? Probably in a
moment of anger ( but there's irony too , as usual ..).
Perfectly in tune with the current situation, from all
viewpoints as the telltale cover announces .....
In a nutshell : this is Vivaldy's proposal for a national
anthem to sinking Italy
