I hope you're all well. It's Christmas time again. I'm delighted to share with you my kitchen decorations, a Christmas cupcake idea and some more Christmas decorations in the shops. Cupcake recipe
Dough:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate powder
1 cup milk
2 cups wheat
2 teaspoons of cake yeast
Mix all the ingredients together and bake for 20 minutes at 185°C.
Topping:
1 tin of condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 carton heavy cream
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
First mix the cornstarch well with the condensed milk, then add the other ingredients and bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan. Leave to cool before using.

E é com muita alegria que venho compartilhar com vocês minha decoração da cozinha, uma idéia de Cupcake natalino e mais um pouco das decorações de natal das lojas. Receita do Cupcake
Massa:
3 ovos
3 colheres de manteiga
1 xícara de açúcar
1 xícara de chocolate em pó
1 xícara de leite
2 xícaras de trigo
2 colheres de chá de fermento para bolo
Misture todos os ingredientes e leve para assar por 30 minutos à 185°C.
Cobertura:
1 lata de leite condensado
1 colher de manteiga
1 colher de amido de milho
1/2 caixinha de creme de leite
3 colheres de chocolate em pó
Primeiro misture bem o amido de milho com o leite condensado depois acrescente os outros ingredientes e leve ao fogo baixo mexendo sempre até engrossar e desgrudar do fundo da panela. Deixe esfriar antes de usar.
