A powerful lesson I teach in public speaking and communication is to "move with purpose".
Move only when there's a reason to, but if you move all the time whilst you speak, it drowns out the importance of the points you're making.
When you're making an important point, avoid movement and stay grounded - this helps to highlight your points more.
