Compact observer-based TNT duper [coral-less, dustless, 1-wide tileable]
In this video, I show off a TNT duper design that does not use Redstone redirection, it's coral-less, dustless, non-directional, non-locational, and 1-wide tileable.
Observer-based TNT dupers have been shown before although never with all these benefits while still being compact.
This design should work in 1.13+ although it was only tested in 1.16 - 1.17 snapshots
