[1.19+] Update Suppression is back to stay
In 1.19, Mojang patched update suppression along with Item Shadowing.
However that didn't stop us from trying...

Seriously you're going to want to know how this is possible
Using OOM (Out of memory exceptions) we are able to reliably recreate update suppression in 1.19+ however now its even more powerful than before. (More on that in the future)
We call this new method: `OOM Suppression`
