✅Lucky bamboo is a beautiful plant, but its real name is Dracaena braunii, a species of shrub belonging to the Asparagaceae family. Commonly called "lucky bamboo," it should not be confused with true bamboos, as these are phylogenetically related to grasses; the Dracaena genus, on the other hand, is related to the agave family and even the onion family.
