How to handle stress in Islam ? |Quran Verses
In this ayah, ALLAH SWT has clearly given a message that you will be tested according to your capacity. So whatever you are holding, only you can handle it better. No one else can do it better that's why ALLAH chooses you.
And in the second verse, ALLAH SWT has warned us that whatever good we will do, we will be rewarded and whatever bad we will do, we shall be punished accordingly.
So never rush for sin and never let a small deed of kindness go away.
May ALLAH SWT bless us with his Rehma'. Ameen.
