How to Export and Email Reports | Replicon
A brief introduction to Exporting and Emailing Reports in Replicon.
This video is a product tutorial on how to export a report and how to email a report on Replicon.
A report can be exported in two formats, an Excel or PDF. To export reports in either of these two formats, there are options available as particular icons that can be selected to save and export according to requirement.
A report can be emailed by clicking on the email icon available. Either one or multiple email addresses can be added to send the report. If the radio icon is selected, then all the users that are checked will receive an email with the report attached. The next step is to add a message. This step is optional. Then the report format has to be selected, either Excel or PDF, and then choose the date on which the report should be sent.
Once all this is done, the send button can be clicked and the report would be emailed.
This is how to export or email a report in Replicon.
There is another option where a user can compress the excel file before sending it via email. This can be done from the Settings icon and choose Compress Excel Email Attachment, and henceforth all emails will be compressed before being attached and sent.
