AetherSX2 - The PS2 Emulator You Need on Xbox & Everything to Know About It
Xbox compatibility keeps getting even better! This time, by emulating Sony's best selling console of all time.
AetherSX2 brings PlayStation 2 classics to the Xbox Series X | S with a nifty UWP package. Allowing you to run the emulator in Dev Mode with incredible performance. Just how incredible you ask? Well, allow me tell you everything about it in this short video.
I'll cover setup. In Dev Mode, as quick and easily as possible. I'll cover how this emulator compares with the OG PS2 emulator on the Xbox: RetroArch's PCSX2 Core. And finally, I'll cover how the emulator performs at various settings. Like upscaled resolutions up to 4K, CPU graphics rendering, and multiplayer. And after this video, you too will be able to say, "I can play PS2 games on my Xbox".
