Hi! In this video, I want to talk about the changes you'll notice if you massage your ears and the skin around them for a couple of minutes every day.
There are actually a lot of changes.
And they're all positive.
And it requires minimal effort. Just a couple of minutes a day, here and there, whenever the opportunity arises, to massage and stroke your ears and the area around them.
While I'm talking, you can try right now simply stroking the skin in front of and behind your ears—simply moving your fingers, applying gentle pressure. Up and down, up and down.
And pay attention to the sensations you experience. These simple movements seem to reverberate throughout your body—something specialists know very well, by the way. It gives you goosebumps, but for me, the sensations are especially noticeable in my jaw area. It feels like my jaw relaxes, the tension at the base of my jaw is relieved, and I want to move my mouth a little and even exhale deeply. It's a very pleasant sensation.
This is incredibly beneficial for teeth, which wear down and sometimes even break from excessive pressure and intense tension in the jaw area.
It's also beneficial for facial muscles. If you do this regularly, the skin on your chin and neck will noticeably tighten. You'll look better, younger, and fresher. Not to mention the relaxing effect. That goes without saying.
And why? Because the ears contain a huge number of active biopoints that project onto various organs in our body. And even a simple, pleasant self-massage at home has a positive effect on our health and well-being, sleep, immunity, and appearance.
