27th Annual Phantom Dinner
Westside Food Bank decided many years ago not to hold a fancy Spring gala because of the cost and staff time required. Instead, we created a tradition of inviting our community to partner with us to fight hunger in Westside neighborhoods through this non-event or Phantom Dinner, with the intent of encouraging one small gesture to effect widespread change.
Thanks to a generous gift from the Johnny Carson Foundation, all charitable donations to this year’s Phantom Dinner will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000 through June 30, 2023! For every dollar donated, we distribute 4 nutritious meals. If you donate now, you can turn those 4 meals into 8 meals for children, seniors, and adults who depend on our food for their health and well-being.
