½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon original dry ranch dressing powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 large chicken breasts (1 lb) cut into 1-2 inch cubes
4 Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1.5 cups fresh broccoli, cut into smaller pieces with stems
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
