Successful onboarding to an organization will determine how long the employee will stay, the meaning, success, organizational connectedness and his desire to be part of the organization. Come learn about onboarding to an organization through the emotional learning stages (Berta Reynolds' model). Come learn about entering a role for the employee as well as the role of the manager in onboarding to an organization according to the emotional learning stages.
In the episode, we will talk about the following issues, among others:

• What is the Bertha Reynolds model? And what is your connection to the model?
• Why do we need it? We are in the world of JOB HOPPERS, hasn't the whole adaptation thing changed?
• How do we do it right from the employee's side and the employer's side according to Reynolds' stages? Survival, swim or sink, insight, relative control and guidance.
• If we went back in time, what would you tell yourself when you entered the position?
• How would you recommend managers to continue learning?
