LONG time subscribers may remember that my first ever video on this channel was a review of this game, but that was back when a "Review" could just be a long play of the game with criticism layered over it via the narrate feature in Windows Movie Maker.
I was somewhat lacking in inspiration due to being so busy and scrapped about 3 other video ideas before deciding to revisit this game and give it a proper retrospective.
Rabio isn't a bad game at all, but it just lacks that special sauce that would make it into a true classic and would only see one more outing with Rabio Lepus Special on the PC Engine , although there was a canceled sequel in development under the working title "Metal Rabbit."
