When working with the data in PowerPoint, it can be difficult to manage how the tables look on the slides. Sometimes, you may even want to split your tables into separate new tables to better display your data. The out-of-the-box PowerPoint functionalities don’t make this an easy task. Luckily, with the MLC PowerPoint Add-in, splitting your tables is as easy as a couple clicks!

HOW CAN I SPLIT TABLES IN POWERPOINT IN A FEW CLICKS? 🤔
Working with tables in PowerPoint is complicated and tedious.
You know when you adjust the width of one column and end up distorting all the others?
I've seen users lose their heads trying to distribute the columns correctly. PowerPoint is not good at handling tables, let's face it!
Yet managing tables is part of our everyday life.
So how can you do it without risking getting caught up in endless rework cycles? If only you could convert a table on the fly and rebuild it into shapes, it would be much easier to manage.
You know what? You can!
Hi, my name is Maurizio La Cava, I am the founder of Lean Presentation Design, and in this video I want to show you how it split tables in PowerPoint in a couple clicks.
If you have a table on PowerPoint, a great way to manage it is to turn it into a set of shapes.
Why?
For the simple fact that on PowerPoint you will find it much easier to manage, align, group sets of shapes rather than tables.
Also, the moment you turn the table into shapes, each cell will become an independent object and therefore much easier to work with.
Select a table on the slide. Now in MLC click on the Split Table button. The entire table will be converted into independent shapes and you’ll be able to use all the PowerPoint features related to shape management.
Once the conversion is done, it all becomes easier!
