This pastry was the result of my experiments in the kitchen. And I can tell you the experiment was a success! The pastries turned out light, airy and very tasty. Recipe:
520-550 g flour
350 ml warm milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry fast-acting yeast

120 g butter
2 cloves garlic
